NAGPUR: The Nagpur bench of Bombay high court (HC) on Tuesday granted anticipatory bail to Congress corporator Harish Gwalbanshi. He pointed out that tribal land can't be sold to non-tribals. He claimed that land grabbed by the petitioner belonged to the tribal Kirnake family. The disputed land is situated at Dhaba on Katol Road.Gwalbanshi's counsels strongly countered Thakre's claims arguing that the entire complaint was false and fabricated and was filed with an ulterior motive to grab the land.
