Nagpur: The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court , on Thursday, dismissed a PIL alleging discrepancies in appointment of government lawyers to Chandrapur district and sessions court . The recommendations of the chief judicial magistrate were not considered during these appointments, and are politically influenced, the petitioner had claimed. However, the appointments were not complying with guidelines issued by the Supreme Court and high court.
