The demand for Nashik’s kesar mangoes have increased in London as exporting fruits has become more easier by air due to Jet Airways starting its Nashik-Delhi flights. The flight is operates thrice a week on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.The second Nashik-Delhi flight of Jet Airways took off on Monday. The Nashik-Delhi flight will take off at 2.35 p.m from Ozar Airport and will reach Delhi airport at 4.25 p.m. Fruits are exported via Delhi to London,” he said.Jet Airways has deployed 168-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Delhi-Nashik return flights. Around 119 passengers travelled to Delhi along with five tonnes of Kesar variety of mangoes meant for export to London.“We are receiving very good response for cargoes for our Nashik-Delhi flight..
