File applications 15 days prior to Lokshahi Din: Nashik divisional commissioner

NASHIK: The Divisional Commissioner of Nashik , Rajaram Mane, has urged the citizens to register their complaints at least 15 days prior to Lokshahi Din.“Lokhsahi Din is conducted on second Monday of every month. Anything missing, the application will be treated as incomplete,” another senior officer said.The officer also pointed out that complaints related to matters subjudice, those finally decided or general complaints will not be entertained in the Lokshahi Din. Such applications will be directly sent to the concerned office and they will be asked to reply to the applicants.The applicants with district level Lokhsahi Din will have to wait at least for two months before applying with the divisional office and thereafter will have to wait for at least two months before applying with the state Lokshahi Din, the officer added. The citizens who wish to apply for Lokshahi Din at the divisional commissioner’s office, should do so 15 days prior with proper details of the complaint,” Division Commissioner Rajaram Mane has said.The citizens who have their grievances or complains against government offices, have the chance of resolving them through the Lokshahi Din model.At taluka level the Lokshahi Din is conducted every third Monday of the month, at district collectorate it is held on first Monday of the month. The citizens who have their complaints or grievances have to apply at the taluka level first.If they fail to get reply or justice, they can apply to the district level Lokshahi Din and being unsatisfied still, they can apply to the divisional office.“The citizens should quote the token numbers of both taluka and district level Lok Shahi Din, also attach order copies of the same before filing their complaint with the divisional office..
