Jagannath Wagh, grandfather of Rushikesh Wagh said: “The boys had left for the temple around 3am. They were knocked down by an unidentified vehicle in front of the City garden on the road along the Indiranagar jogging track.”Wagh added the incident was first reported by a group of girls, who saw the boys lying injured on the road.
