NASHIK: The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has signed an MoU with four nationalised banks for education loans for students wishing to pursue medical courses. The university has already issued a list of 18 nodal officers from these four banks for students. "Students of all undergraduate, post-graduate, super-specialty, fellowship as well as certificate courses having a span of more than a year are eligible to apply for education loan. MUHS registrar K D Chavan said the university signed the MoU with the State Bank of India (SBI), the Punjab National Bank (PNB), the IDBI Bank and the Bank of Maharashtra (BoM).These banks have decided to provide education loans for students registered with the MUHS from this academic year.
