NASHIK: The criminal investigation department (CID) on Tuesday arrested former mayor of Ahmednagar, Sandeep Kotkar, in connection with the murder of two Shiv Sena activists at Kedgaon in Ahmednagar district in April 2018. The CID has arrested him to probe his role in the murder case. Kotkar is serving life imprisonment in connection with a murder case in 2008,” said Sharma.Meanwhile, the SP also confirmed that Kotkar’s wife, Survana, is also absconding ever since the Kedgaon murder.
