Cleanliness camp held at Tapovan, workers felicitated

On Saturday, we chose the Tapovan area and transported the garbage from there to the municipal solid waste management plant. The ragpicker women were also felicitated for their contribution to cleanliness. This has stopped due to social activists creating awareness among the sanitary employees about avoiding the burning of waste. Nashik: A special cleanliness camp was held on Saturday morning from the Laxminarayan temple to the Kapila Sangam ghat at Tapovan by the civic administration.The civic administration is periodically conducting drives across the city as a part of the cleanliness mission, by taking up patches of different areas.
