7th pay panel for Noida Sec 30 hospital staff

NOIDA: Non-teaching employees of the super-speciality paediatric hospital and post-graduate teaching institute in Sector 30 will get paid in accordance with the seventh pay commission with effect from June 2016.The employees had long been demanding implementation of the 7th pay commission and allowances for nursing, uniform and washing. The employees’ association of the Sector 30 institute had organised a protest in March, demanding allowances on a par with those at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. Our institute is following central government facilities in terms of leaves and other formalities. But when it comes to allowances, we are getting as per state government rules, which is nominal,” said a nurse.The nurses, however, welcomed the implementation of the seventh pay commission, saying it was a result of their protest..
