An FIR has been lodged as the girl’s parents insisted that she is a minor,” said Anil Shahi, the SHO of Sector 39 police station.The girl’s family have also sent a complaint to the National Commission For Women ( NCW ), Gautam Budh Nagar DM, DIG (Meerut) and UP chief minister stating that they have been frequently visiting Sector 39 police station since July 3 but to no avail..
