Noida to give land for 8 new police stations proposed during Akhilesh rule

NOIDA: Eight police stations will come up in Noida and Greater Noida to improve policing in the area that has been expanding with the increasing population. In Greater Noida, the police stations will be set up in Sector 142 and NTPC Dadri township Land for the police stations will be allotted soon by the respective authorities. Currently, there are 22 police stations in Gautam Budh Nagar, of which Noida has 8, Greater Noida 13 and Sector 39 has an all-woman police station.
