NOIDA: The UP information commission has imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on the personnel department of Noida Authority for denying information through RTI . This prompted him to complain to the commission.The registrar of commission issued four separate letters directing collection of fine from the then public information officer and the personnel department of Noida Authority.
