The accused Aditya Jaiswal , a native of Jaipur in Rajasthan, works as a medical representative.The woman came in contact with Jaiswal six years ago over Facebook. “Based on woman’s complaint a case under Section 354 A (sexual harassment) and Section 506 (criminal intimidation) has been registered against the accused.
