Transport, logistics hubs get land owners’ consent

Noida: GNIDA has received consent from more than 80% farmers for land acquisition for the development of a multi-modal logistics hub and a multi-modal transport hub in Greater Noida. While the transport hub will come up near Boraki, the logistics hub will come up near Dadri. “It will act as catalyst for the industrial development of the investment region by attracting skilled human resources. Work on the industrial township has already started, and the three projects are expected to be completed by 2022.The two hubs and the industrial township will come up in the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), which will be spread over 200 square kilometres. Land has been earmarked for IT industries, bio-tech industries, research and development firms, other commercial mixed use, residential group housing and residential EWS housing in the area..
