DM panel to hear complaints against schools every month

NOIDA: The district-level committee set up to facilitate the UP Self-Financed Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act, 2018, will meet once every month to hear parents’ complaints against schools. The website would also put up an official email address for the parents to file complaints. We met for the first time to fine-tune the work process of the committee,” district magistrate B N Singh said.According to Singh, parents would first have to file written complaints regarding fee structure or the additional charges to the schools. The schools would have to respond to the parents within 15 days. So the rulebook will be out there for all to see..
