Delhi's air quality dips again to ‘poor’

NEW DELHI: The capital’s air quality index was ‘poor’ at 249 on Friday— a slight increase from Thursday’s ‘moderate’ 194. The season’s lowest so far was 7.6 degrees Celsius recorded on November 8. The forecast for the next 24 hours shows that the air quality is likely to deteriorate and touch ‘very poor’ level due to adverse weather conditions. The Met forecast shows moderate to dense fog to continue early in the morning with a maximum and minimum of 22 and 8 degrees Celsius, respectively.
