Over 200 Noidaparticipated in a promo run event of Noidathon held in the city recently. According to the organisers, the aim of the event was to promote environmental sustainability, greenery and healthy lifestyle in Noida. All participants took a pledge of making Noida green and clean.“The promo run was held in the city to create awareness about our upcoming marathon on February 10 which will see participation from people across Delhi-NCR. The 10 kilomete-run started from a mall in Sector 25 and ended with a plantation drive in Noida stadium. This marathon will also aim at generating more greenery around us and each runner will be required to plant a sapling each,” said Shiva Dixit from Runex Sports- a Noida runners’ group..
