SC reserves order on Centre claiming privilege over ‘leaked’ Rafale files

New Delhi: The Supreme Court is hearing a plea on Rafael Deal`s plea on Thursday.

During the hearing in the court, Attorney General KK Venugopal said that the report of the CAG which was filed in the court, there were no papers in it.

The initial three pages were not included in the report.

Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that you are talking about the privilege of the documents.

But, for that you have to present the right logic.

- The Supreme Court has reserved its decision on the documents submitted by the government on the Rafael Deal.
- Justice Joseph told the attorney general that the documents are being talked about.
