Greater Noida: A real estate contractor was booked for allegedly keeping seven persons as bonded labourers in Daireen village of Dankaur in Greater Noida. “We received a written complaint from a labour enforcement officer on Saturday regarding a local contractor who had allegedly kept seven people, including three women, as bonded labourers. “We had rescued the seven victims after multiple complaints by the labourers were received by our office on February 23 against Nagar. The victims were allegedly being forced to work and were threatened against leaving the site,” said Yadav on Sunday. An investigation was carried out which proved the allegations to be true..
