Illegal weapons factory busted in forest, 2 held

Ghaziabad: Two persons were arrested on Sunday for allegedly running an illegal arms factory in Bamheta forest under Kavi Nagar area of Ghaziabad.The police team recovered 36 country-made pistols, some live cartridges and other equipment used in making illegal weapons.The police said the accused were identified as Mursalim (38), a resident of Ghaziabad, and Tinku alias Pintu (26), who is from Noida.
