The commercial operations of the Film City will commence from 2029-30.
The authority has sent a summary of the bid document along with the other files to the government for approval.
A total of 1,000 acres has been earmarked for setting up the Film City.
A detailed project report and various product mix options were evaluated earlier this week by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) officials before they finalised the bid document.
Arun Vir Singh, chief executive officer of the authority, said that details of the development plan will be shared only after the government takes a decision on the matter.
