Shortlisting of an event management company that has handled at least five big-ticket events which have been presided by the top dignitaries of the country is currently underway.
Officials said the agency has to do branding and event execution expecting a turnout of 25,000 to 30,000 people.
The agency needs to have a full-fledged catering staff with chefs having experience of working at 5-star properties.
YEIDA CEO Arun Vir Singh said, “Several key projects are going to be launched during the second half of 2021.
A number of VIPs will participate in these events.
