On a positive note, some 1,712 people managed to recover from the disease on Monday.
At present, 7,982 people are in home isolation or are undergoing treatment at Covid care facilities across the district, according to the official health bulletin.
As per the bed tracker set up the district administration, all the oxygen as well as ICU beds are currently occupied.
