Noida Police finds 16-year old Noida murder suspect in Varanasi

In a major break through in the Greater Noida’s Gaur City double murder case,  the police have nabbed the 16-year-old boy from Varanasi. The teenager, who was absconding after allegedly killing his own mother (42), sister (9)  was taken into custody on Friday afternoon from Varanasi’s Dashashvamedh Ghat.

On Wednesday, a 40-year old woman was found dead with her nine-year old daughter.

Initial probe in thge case showed that the 16-year old boy who had been missing after the crime was a suspect.

Initially, the police did not want to divulge details but gave a clue that  they were moving in that direction. 

Prima Facie evidence had showed that both were hit by cricket bat. 

According to police, the minor boy had taken a train to reach Varanasi on his own.

The Noida Police is expected to produce the boy before the juvenile justice board on Friday today. The police have claimed that the boy has admitted to his crime and said that he had murdered his mother and sister on December 4.

The police further informed that the minor had called his father on Friday morning from an unknown number.

After which the father immediately informed the police. The police team then took the first flight to Varanasi and caught hold of the boy .
