PATNA: Police have failed to arrest prime suspects Pappu Kumar (35) and his friend Lucky Kumar (25) in the six-year-old Abhimanyu Kumar’s murder case even after six days of the incident on July 8. He said investigation were still on in the case and police were conducting raids to arrest Pappu and Lucky. On July 8 night, the boy tore the girl’s copy while she was studying in her room. She was sent to the remand home after producing her before juvenile justice board (JJB).
