The question of dogs occupying the bed does not arise,” he added.There are 70 beds in the hospital in outdoor patient department, emergency ward and three more departments – gynaecology , healthcare and de-addiction. In one of the images, two dogs are seen lazing on the hospital bed.The civil surgeon has, however, refuted the charges, saying attempts were being made to tarnish the image of the hospital by exaggerating the matter..
