8 trains to remain cancelled till February 15

PATNA: The East Central Railway (ECR) has extended the period of cancellation of at least eight passenger trains till February 15. This train will now run between Katihar and Akshaywat Nagar, instead of running up to Hajipur till February 15. Similarly, the Muzaffarpur-Sealdah Express (53131/53132) will run between Sealdah and Barauni,” the CPRO said. Earlier, they had been cancelled from December 15, 2018 to January 15 due to foggy weather conditions prevailing in the North Central Railway (NCR) region and other zones.According to ECR’s chief public relations officer (CPRO) Rajesh Kumar, the cancelled trains included the Barauni-Mokama passenger (63273), Mokama-Barauni passenger (63276), Gaya-Dehri-on-Sone passenger (53363/53364), Hajipur-Bathua Bazar Halt passenger (55541/55542), Pataliputra Junction-Muzaffarpur passenger (63265) and Muzaffarpur-Pataliputra passenger (63265).“The railways has also short-terminated the Hajipur-Katihar passenger (5553/55540)..
