ALLAHABAD: Bihar governor Lalji Tandon 's tent, located at Triveni Shankul in Arail area on the Mela campus, caught fire late Tuesday night. Three fire fighting teams were able to douse the fire.The Bihar governor was shifted to circuit house while others were also accommodated in different tents.However, properties including furniture and household items were reduced to ashes in the fire. No injuries were reported in the incident but it created panic among devotees in the locality who were safely evacuated before it could spread to other tents.
