3 new medical college hospital gift to Bihar, no patient will have to go out of state for treatment now

According to the Health Department, the foundation stone of Medical College was laid at Sitamarhi, Marwan of Siwan and Mahua in Vaishali at a cost of Rs 1,636 crore. B.Sc nursing will also be taught here. With this, the human resource shortage in the nursing service will be bridged. Along with this, a five-hundred-bed hospital will also be constructed along with the medical college. At the same time, the foundation stone of eight trauma centers was laid in the state.

The inauguration of the Cancer Institute at IGIGIMS, Patna will greatly facilitate the treatment of cancer patients. At the same time, the Academic Block of Bettiah Medical College was inaugurated. 21 ANM, GNM and Para Medical Institutes were inaugurated at a cost of Rs 245 crore under the Seven Determination Scheme. 

In addition, 4 community health centers, 4 additional health centers were also inaugurated.

In these hospitals, people will get treatment at the block level.

At the same time, 4 health related schemes have also been inaugurated.

Along with this, construction of 9 sub-divisional hospitals operated by Health Department, upgrade of 3 Sadar Hospitals, 8 Community Health Centers, 9 other health related structures are being constructed at a cost of Rs 162 crores.

This will increase the health facilities in Bihar.
