Bihar lockdown ends: Some restrictions and curfew still in place

Summary:

After the decline in the Number of Covid cases, Bihar govt decided to lift the lockdown.

But some restrictions along with Night Cerfew is still in place to check and control of the number of covid cases.

In view of the increasing infection of Corona in Bihar, the state government had imposed a lockdown from May 5.

Looking at the present situation and on discussion with the officials, it was decided to end the lockdown from today.

Now there will only be Night Cerfew.

After the fourth phase of lockdown in Bihar ended on Tuesday, now the lockdown has been ended in Bihar.

After the Crisis Management meeting on Wednesday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that due to the imposition of lockdown, there has been a decrease in covid cases.

Therefore, night curfew will continue from 7 in the evening to 5 in the morning, ending the lockdown.

Nitish Kumar said that now government and private offices will open till 4 pm with 50 percent attendance.

The opening period of the shop has been extended till 5 pm.
