The forecast of heavy rain with thunder in 12 districts of Bihar has been given by the Weather Science Center of Patna today.

According to the Meteorological Center, the trough-line of Monsoon is passing through East Central Bay of Bengal via Ganganagar, Narnaul, Gwalior, Satna, Balasore.

At the same time, East West Trough is passing from South West Rajasthan through South Bihar, South Haryana and UP.

Under its influence, light to moderate rain is forecast at some places over the south, northeast and north-central parts of the state.

Meteorologist Sanjay Kumar said that the Monsoon has formed an area of ??cyclonic circulation over South Bihar, due to which the areas around it including Patna will remain cloudy.

There is a chance of rain with thunder.
