Air service will start in many cities of Bihar, after Gaya, preparations to start international flights from Patna and Bihta airport also intensified

Let us tell you that Patna, Gaya, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Jogbani, Munger, Raxaul, Purnia, Gopalganj, Bihta airports are present in Bihar of which Patna, Gaya and Domestic air service is available from Darbhanga airport only.

Now domestic flight service will start from Muzaffarpur, Purnia and Raxaul airports soon.

Patna`s Jai Prakash Narayan Airport is the 14th busiest airport in India.

From here, many major cities of India fly to Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Amritsar, Jaipur, Mumbai, Chennai, etc.

In order to start international flights from Patna, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has demanded 49.5 acres of land from the state government to develop the airport according to international flights.

At the same time, 78 acres of additional land has been demanded for starting international flights from Darbhanga airport.

Apart from this, 176 acres more land has been demanded from the state government to start international flights from Bihta.
