Usually the Board hits headlines for its action against student involving in cheating but to everybody surprise, Priyanka Singh a resident of Saharsa district has moved High Court as she was failed by the board.
Interestingly, the court asked her to deposit Rs 40,000 with warning of losing money if the case concocted.
Subsequently, the confident girl won the legal battle and she was awarded Rs.
5 lakh.
