At 354mm, Dahanu gets highest rainfall in India

Dahanu in Palghar district recorded the highest rainfall in the state in the 24-hour period at 354mm. Rainfall above 204.5mm falls in the extremely heavy category.In September 2016, Dahanu had recorded 529mm rainfall.
