Govt nod to PMRDA land plan for proposed roads

Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA ) has got the state government’s approval to issue Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) for acquisition of land needed for the roads it has proposed.The TDR is part of the Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DC) approved by the state government on Monday.
