Pune: Customs nabs man with gold stitched into jeans

PUNE: In the second gold catch in four days, the Pune customs authorities on Sunday caught a man who had landed in Pune from Dubai on a SpiceJet flight (SG-52) and recovered gold worth Rs14.66 lakh in a semi-solid paste form from him. In the Sunday’s catch, the man’s statement was recorded and he admitted to possession, carriage, concealment and recovery of the gold.
