On the occasion of International Nurses Day Columbia College of Nursing had organised an event on the theme of 'Nurses: A Voice to lead- Health is a Human Right' a theme based on the World Health Organisation The event began with garlanding the portrait of Florence Nightingale . The faculties and students were present in large numbers. The whole event was a tribute to her work towards this industry.The students and faculty members of the college put up a show through which they paid their tributes to her.The script contained the history of nursing through Nightingale's story and how now it has grown fully fledged..
