Summary:
A fundraiser for Kerala victims were organised in the city by various organisations. Interestingly, a one rake containing rice was sent by the Chhattisgarh government for flood victims of Kerala dispatched RSD goods shed , Raipur to Kazhakutam ( near Trivandrum) . Total 2500 tonnes of rice sent. While youngsters raised funds to send medicine and food to the victims. Railways didn't charge any freight for this consignment..
