Staff Reporter :Durg'Bhoomipujan' for construction of Boys Hostel in Government Polytechnic College Durg has been performed. Durg (urban) MLA Arun Vora and Mayor Dheeraj Bakliwal performed the rituals for the 50-seater hostel which will be constructed with an estimated cost of Rs 190.19 lakh. The rituals for bhoomipujan ceremony of the hostel warden room and canteen was performed in presence of professors and officers from Public Works Department. It is worth mentioning that previously the MLA had also performed bhoomipujan for construction of 3 rooms with a cost of Rs 73 lakh which is currently in progress..
