Retd DySP among seven killed in separate road accidents

Rajkot: Seven people including a retired deputy superintendent (DySP) of police were killed in three different accidents reported from Jamnagar, Devbhoomi Dwarka and Bhavnagar on Thursday. It was while attempting to save the women, he lost control of his car which skidded off the road and crashed into a tree. Police are yet to ascertain the identities of the victims.In Bhavnagar, two siblings were killed when their SUV overturned and fell into a stream after it lost control while negotiating a turn.
