Palanpur: Two persons were killed and one other injured when two cars collided near Dhrewada on Ahmedabad-Mount Abu high way in Siddhpur taluka of Patan district on Saturday.Drivers of both cars died in the accident. They were identified as Salim Sindhi (45), a business man and resident of Chhapi in Banaskantha and Umed Jaipal (22), from Unjha and native of Suigam in Banaskantha.According to police, steering wheel of one of the cars coming from Unjha got locked and it hit the divider before colliding with car travelling at high-speed on other side of the road.The bodies were handed over to relatives of the deceased after postmortem, while the injured person was discharged..
