Rajkot: An absconding murder accused , who had fled from the children’s shelter home in Rajkot after being lodged there in a double murder case three months ago, was nabbed on Saturday. Rafai had committed the murder, nursing a grudge against Bipin, who had allegedly made Rafai’s sister elope with him. The accused was identified as Faiz Rafai (18), a resident of Palitana Road in Gariadhar.Rafai along with his three accomplices had allegedly murdered Bipin Kumbhar and his father Gordhan Kumbhar.
