RAJKOT: After a gap of five years, the Rajkot Builders Association (RBA) is organizing a four-day properties exhibition beginning January 4.Over 200 properties, residential and commercial, will be on a display at the exhibition at Race Course ground. There is 12% GST and 6% stamp duty on real estate. The properties will be in the price range of Rs 20 lakh to Rs 3 crore.According to RBA office-bearers, most of the property in the exhibition will be those coming up in in the city and on the outskirts.
