When Rojasara came to know about it, he hatched a conspiracy to murder Dabhi with Barakhiya and Pappu. While Rojasara was arrested from Rajpipala village, the other accused were nabbed from their hideout in Badpar village.According to police, an extramarital affair between Dabhi and the wife of Rojasara was the reason behind the crime. The accused then threw chilli powder into Dabhi’s eyes and then strangled him to death using a rope. On the day of the crime, Pappu, Vikas, Mano and the minor boy hired Dabhi’s tempo, telling him that they needed transportation for labour work.“When the tempo reached the outskirts of Kanpar village, they called up Rojasara and Barakhiya who arrived on their bike. After killing him, they dumped Dabhi’s body on the tempo seat,” said M N Rana, inspector of Rajkot rural special operation group.After the police found the footage of the accused with Dabhi at the petrol pump, they rounded up Pappu, Vikas, Mano and the minor boy who confessed to their crime and revealed the names of the co-accused, leading to their arrests..
