Hazaribag: Deputy commissioner-cum-district returning officer of Hazaribag Ravi Shankar Shukla on Friday issued orders to the election commission’s expenditure cell to deduct the cost of printing of pamphlets and calendars from the poll expense of Union minister Jayant Sinha for violating the model code of conduct.
