"Appreciating those who have donated their eyes, the Governor said: "One should leave superstitious beliefs and donate eyes so that people who cannot see the world can get vision. We have checked eyes of 1,700 children and provided eye glasses to 402 children free of cost." "Speaking on the occasion, Founder Director of the eye hospital Bharti Kashyap said: "We are organising 'Run for Vision' for last 13 years to promote eye donation. Everyone is aware of the importance of sight and need to understand the sufferings of a person who cannot see.
