1.5L Meghalaya kids get MR vaccine cover

SHILLONG/KOHIMA: Almost 1.5 lakh children in Meghalaya have been vaccinated against measles and rubella till October 1, officials in the health department have said. The programme aims to cover 4.72 lakh children. The vaccination programme, which was launched in the state on September 24, aims to cover 13 lakh children who are between 9 months and 15 years.
