Tinu Lkr has been missing and given the magnitude of the outcome of this Bye-Election with possibility of directly affecting the incumbent government, there is every reason to believe that that there is foul play in this matter,” Yepthomi added, seeking immediate inquiry.The Mokokchung district unit of NPP, under whose jurisdiction the Aonglenden assembly constituency falls, also filed an FIR with the Mokokchung police on Wednesday.
