Staff CorrespondentShillong: The second edition of the Meghalaya State League will begin from November 25 with four venues around the State hosting the matches between the top clubs of Meghalaya. MSL Season 2 will feature 20 clubs (final number to be confirmed) from the associations affiliated with the MFA. Clubs qualify for the MSL by winning the various local leagues organized by the affiliated associations. Speaking at a press conference here today, MFA treasurer and MSL Tournament Director Wanshan Kharkrang said that the majority of local leagues are almost complete.
