A ReporterSHILLONG: As part of the relief efforts towards those people most affected by a coronavirus, essential commodities were provided to people at Pomlakrai village in Meghalaya. Chairman of Meghalaya State Planning Board and local MLA, Lambor Malngiang handed over the essential commodities to B Suting, Rangbah Shnong of Pomlakrai, Mawtharia, East Khasi Hills on Thursday. The MLA informed that the essential commodities will be distributed to the families who are undergoing home quarantine at Pomlakrai. It may be mentioned that one family member at Pomlakrai was tested positive and is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Shillong.
